When she told me she could remember when the contracts were only one page I was really impressed because I knew she couldn’t have been out of diapers for very long before falling in love with real estate.

She really taught me a lot about things like short sales, and marketing listings that were her little secrets. Lucena was truly a force in my life even if she is so much younger than myself. As a matter of fact, Lucena even helped me in the sales of personal properties and those of family. So when I decided to retire I knew there was no one I would turn my clients over to but Lucena. I knew my clients could count on her to fight for the best purchase prices, top dollar sales, and fight battles for all my clients to make sure they had the best. And she never forgets her clients long after the transactions are over. I bet she still communicates with her first clients she ever had.

After my siblings and I inherited two

After my siblings and I inherited two vacant lots on Hawaii, we needed a real estate agent to provide a date of death appraisal for a step-up in basis valuation and to sell the properties.  After checking with a few agents, Lucena Nicolas was the only one willing to actually go out to inspect the property prior to providing a broker’s price opinion, so our decision to use her services was easy.  We listed the properties with Lucena and they were sold in a reasonable amount of time; not without a few buyer & title company hiccups however.  Lucena was effective in overcoming any difficulties and was always very responsive to all of my inquiries.  After closing, she was instrumental in discovering an error on the part of the title company that shorted us $1250.  Due to the relatively small discrepancy, no one noticed the error during closing.  To my surprise, Lucena was able to successfully pursue resolution of this issue through the title company.  I wholeheartedly recommend Lucena to anyone in need of real estate services on Hawaii.
